1. Services Provided

CSM247.com offers consulting, marketing, and coordination services related to video surveillance solutions. These services include, but are not limited to:

• Security system design consultation
• Strategic planning for remote video monitoring
• Liaison with offshore monitoring partners
• Customizable security protocols for clients

CSM247.com does not provide on-site security guard services or operate as a Private Patrol Operator (PPO) under U.S. law.

2. Offshore Monitoring Services

All live video monitoring services are performed by our offshore associates and partners, who are located outside of the United States. Clients agree that CSM247.com is not responsible for the actions or oversight of the offshore monitoring team, other than coordinating services as agreed upon.

CSM247.com does not manage or control the day-to-day operations of the offshore monitoring center. However, we ensure that all service agreements are clearly outlined and will provide ongoing support for monitoring performance.

3. Consulting and Marketing Fees

Clients will pay CSM247.com according to the agreed-upon service package, which may include one-time consulting fees, system setup fees, and/or monthly coordination fees. All fees will be outlined in the proposal or contract provided prior to service initiation.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide necessary access to facilities and security systems for consultation and setup.

• Maintain communication with CSM247.com regarding any changes in the security environment or concerns about system performance.

5. Limitations of Liability

CSM247.com will not be held liable for:

• Any damages or losses resulting from the failure of the offshore monitoring center to act as required.
• Any security breaches or incidents that may occur as a result of the monitoring services provided by third-party partners.
• The accuracy, functionality, or performance of any surveillance equipment or software recommended by CSM247.com.

The maximum liability of CSM247.com is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the services provided within the preceding 12 months.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

CSM247.com will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of your business and security information. We will only share information related to your surveillance systems with our offshore partners, and strictly for the purpose of monitoring.

Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection laws regarding the storage, transmission, and use of your data.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be paid, and CSM247.com will cease providing services related to the consultation and coordination.

Termination will not affect the responsibilities of either party that arose prior to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications

CSM247.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging CSM247.com for services, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
